Actually, it's not that bad, but it did take a couple of days. But this angel is all done, or at least, as done as it can be for now. I can't finish the backstitching on the right side because another angel's wing is touching, so once I get the wing done, I'll complete the missing stitches.

And finally, a rough shot of the entire project so far. There's a lot done, but still so much more to go. I'd say about 2 to 2.5 angels worth of stitching to go!
Well, maybe 3 once you account for all parts of everyone... :p
This has honestly been incredibly fun to stitch and I'm looking forward to making progress on the next angel. I might bounce over and work on my Mira RR first, though, for a change of pace. My eyes could use a break from over-one, backstitching, and blending filament...
Oh but it's worth all the trouble! This is an amazing piece of needlework.
